20th Century Indian Colonial solid silver ewer & six goblets, jug of baluster body resting on a pieced, domed circular foot, cast bird shaped scroll handle and hinged domed lid mounted with a cast fish, the body and the neck is repousse' decorated in relief with figures in a landscape, highlighted with beaded and reeded boarders and large acanthus leaves set against a matted ground, gilt interior, the goblets are made in complimentary design.

Antique 20th Century Indian Colonial solid silver ewer & six goblets, jug of baluster body resting on a pieced, domed circular foot, cast bird shaped scroll handle and hinged domed lid mounted with a cast fish, the body and the neck is repousse' decorated in relief with figures in a landscape, highlighted with beaded and reeded boarders and large acanthus leaves set against a matted ground, gilt interior, the goblets are made in complimentary design. The set is apparently unmarked, but has been acid tested (900+ solver standard), made in Calcutta, year 1910's.
