Our Story

Stylish living isn’t just about location — it’s about the details that define your space. Does your décor make a statement?

Our love for showcasing your authentic self through art and accessories, fuelled our passion to provide our clients with lovingly hand-picked antique silverware, luxury furniture, jewellery, fine watches and original James Bond posters.

The story of Pushkin’s is one of dedication, growth, and a deep appreciation for the art of fine living.

We began our journey as Pushkin Antiques, with a clear vision — to source and curate exceptional antiques, collectibles, and statement pieces that elevate any interior. In 2013, we opened the doors to our first showroom in Grays Antiques Centre, Mayfair, at the very heart of London’s antique trade. This prime location allowed us to build lasting relationships with collectors across the UK and around the world, serving clients throughout Europe, the Americas, and the Far East.

In 2021, we entered a new chapter, relocating and expanding our retail gallery to the historic town of Royal Tunbridge Wells. The move allowed us to offer a larger, more versatile space, where we could display an even broader range of furniture, silverware, and decorative antiques. We also offer private viewings of our gallery and warehouse collections, by appointment.

In 2024, we rebranded from Pushkin Antiques to Pushkin’s, reflecting the broader scope of our offering. That same year, we expanded our operations to include a dedicated auction house. We now hold a select number of auctions each year, giving collectors and enthusiasts the opportunity to acquire remarkable and rare pieces through a trusted and reputable platform.

At Pushkin’s, our vision is simple: to help you curate a space that reflects your individuality and taste. Our extensive and ever-evolving collection includes Oriental, European, and English silverware, alongside decorative antiques, interiors, and curiosities that speak of timeless elegance and character. If you are looking to transform your home with rare and extraordinary art pieces, Alexander is the one to call.

When you think of timeless elegance, think Pushkin’s. Let us help you create a home that exudes beauty, class, and exclusivity.

Meet the Team

  • Alex Pushkin

    FOUNDER

If you didn’t get the clue already, here’s it; in twinkle lights, written in Sharpie on neon pink poster board — Pushkin Antiques // Pushkin’s is Alex’s brainchild.

He’s always been an antiques lover. Which means, if you challenge him to an Antiques Trivia, he will win. His B.A in Arts and Design only fuelled that passion which has propelled Pushkin’s to its current apex.

Ever the workaholic, he spends his work-free hours working. He loves visiting museums and antique fairs, all the knowledge gathered from those trips combining to make him a visionary in the antiques scene.

When in doubt about 21st century acquisition of rare art pieces, Alex is the one to call. Alex is not just passionate about art, he’s also a people person. He strives to create a wholesome working environment for everyone on the team, while providing exceptional customer service to all our patrons.

  • Olga Pushkina

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

As Managing Director, Olga wears many hats, including accounting, project management and physical operations.

She’s the team’s daredevil, because whatever we tend to shy away from, Olga takes it on like the Amazon she truly is. Equipped with a B.A in Management, an M.B.A from Bodø University of Norway and a lot of wit, Olga is the driving force behind our success.

When she’s not managing the Pushkin’s team, she’s at her other full-time job, being a tender, loving, and caring mom to her little adorable lovelings, Amelia, Leo and Nadia.

  • Dumitru Tira

    ONLINE OPERATIONS

Dumitru is our go-to problem solver, a true Swiss Army Knife at Pushkin’s.

He first joined us as a photographer but quickly took on more responsibilities, becoming the driving force behind our digital operations. From managing the website and creating video content to handling logistics, Dumitru keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Thanks to his creativity and expertise, he has built a strong online presence for Pushkin’s and is always looking for new ways to connect with our audience and grow our digital reach.

Outside of work, Dumitru enjoys travelling, playing Padel, watching Formula 1(Go Team Papaya!), and experimenting in the kitchen.

  • Rudolph Hamilton

    GALLERY ASSISTANT

Rudolph is the newest addition to the Pushkin’s family, filling the position of gallery assistant in Royal Tunbridge Wells.

Despite having a background in the tech industry, Rudolph always had a passion for the history and value of antique objects.

When he is not in the U.K., he enjoys travelling the world, trying different types of cuisine and encountering new experiences.

With his diverse set of interests and skills, Rudolph is poised to make a successful impact in the company, both in the gallery as well as online.

  • Max

    CHIEF BARKETING OFFICER

Max is our speedy, friendly, and slightly mischievous Chief Barketing Officer. Named after Formula 1 champ Max Verstappen, this whippet with his smart white chest marking looks like he’s always dressed for the occasion.

Born in Portugal, and Dumitru’s dog’s very own puppy, Max made the big move to the UK to join the Pushkin’s family. Whether he’s racing around the park at full speed or chilling in the office, he’s always ready to greet visitors with a wagging tail and plenty of charm.

Max is the heart of the team, making sure everyone feels welcome (and occasionally distracting us for a quick cuddle).
