19th Century Indian Colonial silver ewer, inverted baluster body resting on a circular foot, applied with a scrolled cobra handle and hinged lid. The piece is profusely and beautifully chased in typically Cutch style depicting hunting dogs chasing wild boar and antelopes amongst scrolling leaves, flowers and large acanthus leaves, the front with a vacant shield cartouche.

Antique late-19th Century Indian Colonial solid silver ewer, inverted baluster body resting on a circular foot, applied with a scrolled cobra handle and hinged lid. The piece is profusely and beautifully chased in typically Cutch style depicting hunting dogs chasing wild boar and antelopes amongst scrolling leaves, flowers and large acanthus leaves, the front with a vacant shield cartouche. Although not signed the ewer features a beautiful size and craftsmanship, it dates to the 1880's, tested 900+ high grade silver.
