DESCRIPTION
Antique early 20th Century German Solid Silver statue modelled as a parrot standing on a log, impressively large size and heavy gauge, very well finished and ornamental, realistically modelled in every small detail, the head is set with glass eyes, the hinged base is parcel gilt, it opens to reveal a concealed compartment. Both parts are Hallmarked German "925" Silver (925 standard), year 1920's, Maker's marks "WS" and "IGS" (unknown to me).
CONDITION
In Great Condition - no damage, just general wear.
