Description

Antique 19th Century German Solid Silver impressively large and magnificent wedding basket / centerpiece, lovely Rococo design, the body is beautifully pierced and embossed with flowers, scrolls and putti in relief, hinged handle featuring the same design, the basket comes with a fitted glass liner. Hallmarked German Hanau silver (acid tested shows a 800+ Standard), Hanau, year 1890-1900, Maker's marks for Georg Roth & Co, important silversmith.

Condition

In Great Condition - no damage, just general wear.
