19th Century French Empire silver four piece tea service, consisting of a coffee pot, teapot, lidded sugar bowl and cream jug, all on very elaborate and pierced spreading scroll foot, the body applied with masks, ribbons, flowers, leaves and reeded boarders, sides mounted with superb scroll handles, lids with coronet shaped finials. The cartouche engraved with dual crowned crests, commemorating the joining of two noble households.
