Antique early 20th Century Edwardian solid silver tankard of traditional form. The tankard consists of a flared upper rim and pouring spout, a C-shaped handle, the belly is decorated with reeded bands which are engraved and which terminates in a flared base. The hallmarks are stamped on the lower part of the tankard body. Included is the original leather bound box. Hallmarked English silver (925 silver standard), Birmingham, year 1906, Maker's mark M&C (Marks & Cohen. Walter Henry Marks & Samuel Tobias Cohen)
