Antique 19th Century Regency solid silver-gilt snuff box, of rectangular form, the corners are beautifully chased with a floral decoration in relief, scroll thumb-piece, the lid, sides and base are engine-turned, richly gilt throughout. The cover engraved with a initials, inside engraved "Presented by Mr Archebald to Blair McGuffie by a few friends for his great attention & exertions, Secretery to Albion Chapele Oct 31st 1832"
