CONDITION
The foam filling is in good order. Rips and tears to the fabric in and around the button areas of the seating, visible when pleated fabric is moved to expose the buttons. Some darkening to areas where there is evidence of staining to the fabric. An area has been stitched back together near the top of the sofa. Please refer to photographs.
