19th Century Victorian Aesthetic Movement silver water jug, made in the Japanese style, the straight body beautifully hand engraved with 'Kamai' decoration, the realistically modelled bamboo shaped handle terminating with elegant leaves.

Hallmarked English silver (925 standard), Birmingham, year 1880 (f), Maker F.E, Fredrick Elkington for Elkington & Co.

19th Century Austrian silver-gilt & enamel reliquary, pierced and decorated with multi-coloured enamels, sides set with carved rock crystal panels and a carved plaque depicting a crest of the city of Vienna, the hinged lid opens to reveal a compartment to store religious relic, these may be the purported or actual physical remains of saints, such as bones, pieces of clothing, or some object associated with saints or other religious figures.

Hallmarked Austrian-Hungarian assay city letter A (Vienna), circa 1880, Makers mark RL for Rudolf Linke.

19th Century Austrian silver-gilt & enamel ewer, standing on a domed base, the hand painted enamel body supported with an acanthus leaf cornucopia and terminating with a satires head, resting a twist handle mounted with a realistically modeled perched dragon.

Hallmarked Austrian silver (letter "A" for Vienna), year 1880-90, Maker's mark "LP" for Ludwig Politzer.
