20th Century Japanese Meiji period silver bowl, oval shaped, double walled, chased and embossed with blossoming irises and chrysanthemum in high relief on matted ground, shaped floral rim applied with a pronounced boarder and standing on a spreading foot.
The base is Hallmarked Japanese silver, 'Jun-gin' mark, meaning 'pure silver'.
