Antique early-20th Century Japanese Meiji period solid silver bowl, double walled, ten panels densely chased with blossoming chrysanthemums, Japanese maple leaves and butterflies on matted hand hammered ground, shaped floral rim and standing on a round shaped base. The base is signed in Japanese (Made by Oiharu and Chased by Tadayoshi), tested as pure silver (950+ high grade).
