Antique early-20th Century Japanese Meiji period solid silver cigar box, double skinned body, sides and lid are embossed in high-relief with water dragons and applied with flowing whiskers on hand hammered ground, dark wood lined base and interior. Hallmarked with the Japanese jungin mark (meaning pure silver), mark used 1868-1912.
