Antique late-18th Century very rare Georgian solid silver & shagreen Galilean monocular spy glass, red leather draw tube stamped in gold, WATKINS LONDON the rim engraved with contemporary inscription ANNA MARIA CELIA HUNT, the main body of the spy glass and the original case mounted in shagreen.
Although not hallmarked the silver has been acid tested and shows (925+ standard), the item dates to the 1780's.
CONDITION
In Great Condition - No damage, just general wear.
