VINTAGE 20thC ITALIAN MARINE RELIEF CABINET BY PAOLO BUFFA c.1946
An unusual mid 20th Century Italian cabinet created from solid limed oak, designed by Paolo Buffa, an Italian architect and designer who specialised in traditional craftsmanship with a twist of modern design. The cabinet features marine relief on the front by Giovanni Gariboldi, depicting stylised fish and crustaceans. This piece has three good sized cupboards and four drawers. Possibly made by Quarti, circa 1946.
