DESCRIPTION
A rare and superb Montblanc Limited Edition 4810 "Patron of Art" Fountain Pen, celebrating Friedrich II the Great, the Prussian king patron of arts and intellectuals including Voltaire.
The boheme-sized 18 Karat gold plated pen is decorated by two rings embellished with a pattern of curves. An ingenuous mechanism enables the pen to be screwed back into the barrel to protect it.
The 18 Karat Solid Gold nib is hand-engraved with the royal monogram of "Federicus Rex".
The pen is in perfect condition, never used, it comes with the original laquered wood display box and booklet. The model dates to 1999.
It is a Limited Edition number 2531 / 4810.
CONDITION
Pen and box in Great Condition - Never used. Just minor wear. No paper envelope.
