DESCRIPTION
A rare meat slicer made by one of the most famous manufacturers: Berkel, Holland, made in the latter part of the 1930s. This model is an B9 and comes in two parts, the base which can be removed from the main machine and placed on a counter. Perfect proportions for both domestic and commercial use or just as a conversation piece in a kitchen or living room, the slicer is operated by a flywheel and is in perfect working condition, fully restored and hand polished. Has 14 different slicing settings, removable washable trays, easy to use and to maintain.
