Antique early 20th Century rare Chinese export solid silver vase, showcasing impressive craftsmanship and exceptional detail. The tapering body is adorned with repoussé work, depicting a classic oriental scenes, depicting aristocracy, while another figure plays the flute, on reverse a fisherman greeting a villager. In the background, a pagoda and foliage. Mounted ring handles, emerging from Foo Dogs masks. Hallmarked with Chinese marks on the base, HW for Hone Wo, Tai Ping Shan [Victoria Peak], Hong Kong circa 1845-1925.
