20th Century Chinese Export silver twin-handled dragon bowl, the body is applied with a cast dragon in high relief, the rim is applied with two large and finely crafted dragons. The bowl has a good size and is particularly heavy, the craftmanship is very fine. Hallmarked Chinese silver (900+ standard), Mark partiallly over-struck "CHEONGSHIN" for Cheong Shing.

Antique 20th Century rare Chinese Export solid silver twin-handled dragon bowl, the body is applied with a cast dragon in high relief, the rim is applied with two large and finely crafted dragons.
The bowl has a good size and is particularly heavy, the craftmanship is very fine.
The base is Hallmarked Chinese silver (tested is 900+ standard), Mark partiallly over-struck "CHEONGSHIN" for Cheong Shing, active in Shanghai in the early-20th century, for more information please see A. Von Ferscht, Chinese Export Silver 1785-1940, 4th edition 2015.
