19th Century pair of Chinese Export Silver Goblets, of typical bell form, large size, each body is profusely and beautifully decorated with different scenes, one with a dragon moving in and out of the surface, the other with shaped panels depicting bamboo, a dragon, flowers and figures, both resting on a circular base chased with flowers and knopped stem. Hallmarked Chinese Export silver (900+ silver standard), Mark "WH" for Wang Hing.

Antique 19th Century pair of Chinese Export Solid Silver Goblets, of typical bell form, large size, each body is profusely and beautifully decorated with different scenes, one with a dragon moving in and out of the surface, the other with shaped panels depicting bamboo, a dragon, flowers and figures, both resting on a circular base chased with flowers and knopped stem.
The base is Hallmarked Chinese Export silver (acid tested shows a 900+ silver standard), Mark "WH" for Wang Hing, considered one of the best retail silversmiths of the Chinese Export silver period (please see A. Von Ferscht, Chinese Export Silver 1785-1940, 4th edition 2015). This particular pair dates to 1880-90.
