Antique late-19th Century Burmese, Myanmar solid silver Thabeik bowl, repousse' decorated in high relief depicting different traditional scenes from the Burmese mythology, showing very detailed figures set against a chiseled matted background in landscapes. Around the top chased with scrolling foliage and bands, the base decorated with large over-lapping leaves. The base is marked with the makers mark of a stylized flower, tested silver (900+ standard).
