Description

Antique 20th Century rare Edwardian Solid Silver roll-over top breakfast dish, of typical plain ovoid form, the thumb-piece set with a faux Ivory ball, the base rests on four tall Empire style feet modelled like lion's paws. The dish comes with its original solid silver liner and pierced mazarine. Each part is Hallmarked English silver (925 standard), London, year 1903 (h), Maker's mark G&SCoLtd (Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company Ltd, great manufacturers). Each part is also stamped with the serial number "50" and the retailer's mark "Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company 112 Regent St".
