Hallmarked English silver (925), the coffee pot has been later made to match the set, Sheffield, year 1934 (r), Maker's mark Hutton & Sons; the rest of the set (teapot, sugar bowl and cream jug) is marked for London, year 1851 (Q), Maker's mark DH CH for Daniel & Charles Houle.
