Antique 19th Century unique Victorian Solid Silver "Cellini" pattern ewer, the pattern is so called in honor of Benvenuto Cellini, the sculptor and goldsmith of the 16th Century considered the greatest of all time.
The jug is beautifully chased with the typical decoration of masks, animals, strap-work and flutes, caryatid ornate scroll handle.
The jug is Hallmarked English silver (925 Standard), London, year 1872 (r), Maker's mark for GF (George Fox, important silversmith of the period).

In Great Condition - no damage.
