Antique 19th Century Victorian Solid Silver four piece tea and coffee set, consisting of tea pot, coffee pot, sugar bowl and cream jug, lovely decorative design, each baluster shaped body bright-cut engraved with scrolling foliage and floral vases forming arches, applied beaded borders, embellished spouts.

Each part is Hallmarked English silver (925 Standard), London, the sugar bowl year 1873 (s), Maker's mark RMEH (Martin, Hall & Co), all the other parts year 1879 (D), Maker's mark HJL JW (Henry John Lias & James Wakely). Although matched the set is identical in style, probably made on commission to match the sugar bowl.
