19th Century Victorian Monumental silver two-handled serving tray, exceptionally large and heavy, of shaped oval form, the applied cast rim decorated with acanthus leaves and shells at intervals, tray beautifully chased with scrolls and flowers on matted ground, each side terminating with heavily decorated acanthus leaves capped scroll handles. The center is engraved with large stylized initials JME.

Antique 19th Century Victorian Monumental solid silver two-handled serving tray, exceptionally large and heavy, of shaped oval form, the applied cast rim decorated with acanthus leaves and shells at intervals, tray beautifully chased with scrolls and flowers on matted ground, each side terminating with heavily decorated acanthus leaves capped scroll handles. The tray is very impressive and unusually large. The center is engraved with large stylized initials JME.
