Description
Antique 19th Century William IV Solid Silver meat dish, of shaped oval form, exceptional size and weight, applied cast gadrooned border with leaves. Each side is engraved with a family crest. The dish is fully Hallmarked English Silver (925 Standard), London, year 1823 (h), Maker's mark RG (Robert Garrard, Royal jeweller and silversmith from 1830 and official crown jeweller from 1843). The base is further stamped "GARRARDS, PANTON STREET, LONDON".

In Great Condition - No damage, just general wear.
