19th Century Regency silver figural wine ewer, extremely large and decorative, the tall baluster body profusely resting on a domed foot set with a turned wooden base, chased and embossed with acanthus leaves, scrolls and shells, each side beautifully chased depicting a Mythological scene with the Galatea's chariot pulled by sea monsters, stunning figural handle depicting a boy climbing a branch to pick grapes, cork mounted silver stopper also chased with grapevine.
