DESCRIPTION
Antique 19th Century very rare pair of George III Solid Silver table salts, each of oval form with cast slanted gadrooned border and acanthus leaves, fluted body, it rests on four paw feet.
Both pieces are Hallmarked English silver (925 standard), London, year 1809 (O), Maker's mark PS (Paul Storr). Paul Storr is the greatest silversmith of his era, he served as Royal silversmith producing the most impressive silver objects and services ever made.
CONDITION
In Great Condition - no damage, just general wear.
