Antique 19th Century extremely rare pair of Georgian Solid Silver table salts, large size and exceptionally heavy gauge, each of circular form, parcel gilt, resting on three cast lion's paw feet with shell and leaf junction, applied cast rim embellished with acanthus leaves and shells.
Both parts are Hallmarked English silver (925 standard), London, year 1819 (d), Maker's mark PS (Paul Storr). Paul Storr is the greatest silversmith of his era, he served as Royal silversmith producing the most impressive silver objects and services ever made.

In Great Condition - no damage.
