Each part is Hallmarked English silver (925 Standard), the coffee pot London, year 1831 (q), Maker's mark IW (possibly J Whitehouse), the rest of the set made to match the coffee pot, city of Sheffield, year 1927 (k), Maker's mark B&S (Brook & Son), each base further stamped with the Scottish retailer's mark for Brook & Son, Edinburgh.
