Hallmarked Continental silver ("935"), probably German or Austrian, Maker's monogram (difficult to read), it dates to 1900-1920.

CONDITION
In Great Condition overall - Hinge slightly loose, enamel in fine condition, just general wear and a small ding to the cover.
