Antique early-20th Century Austrian solid silver mounted glass claret jug, exceptionally large and decorative, lovely Jungendstill design, the collar chased in relief with open tulips and open-work scrolls, hinged cover applied with an open-work finial, the tall and large flared glass body is etched with tulips.
The jug is Hallmarked Austrian silver (800 standard), Vienna, year 1900, Maker's mark Franz Rumwolf, ative from 1890s until the early 20th century, specializing in Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) items.
CONDITION
In Great Condition - No damage, just general wear.
