Antique 18th Century rare and exceptional Georgian Solid Silver set of four Sauce Tureens, each navette-shaped on oval pedestal feet, reeded decoration, matching domed covers terminating with a stunning cast finial modelled as a hawk. Each engraved with a large coat of arms. A complete set of four 18th Century tureens is extremely rare, this features a particularly high quality of the workmanship and is is great condition. All parts are Hallmarked English Silver (925 standard), London, year 1796 (A), Maker's mark I.S (John Schofield, great silversmith).
