ANTIQUE 19thC VICTORIAN AESTHETIC MOVEMENT SOLID SILVER JUG & BEAKERS c.1883

19th Century Victorian Aesthetic movement silver water jug and beakers, the jugs straight body beautifully hand engraved with cranes surrounded by bamboo trees in landscape, mounted spout intricately engraved with foliage, the realistically modelled bamboo shaped handle terminating with bamboo leaves, the beakers are made in complimentary Japonism style.

Hallmarked English silver (925), London, year 1883 (H), Maker JAJS for Holland, Son & Slater.

20th Century German silver & enamel cigarette case, the enamelled cover is beautifully hand painted and signed by the famous artist Don Luis Usabal. The scene depicts an amorous couple in evening dress, in a luxury ambient, stunningly hand painted by the artist.

ANTIQUE 20thC INDIAN SOLID SILVER STATUE OF GANESH CHATURTHI, CALCUTTA c.1910

20th Century Indian silver statue of Ganesh Chaturthi (Vinayaka Chaturthi), seated on a leaf chased plinth supported by four cast lion paw feet, the statue is well cast, heavy gauge and detailed, Ganesh seated in his traditional pose with legs crossed and a small mouse by his feet.
