19th Century German 14k gold snuff box, cushion shaped, the lid set with a hand painted miniature of gentleman in military attire, set behind glass, surrounded by a cast scroll boarder, the hinged lid set with precious gems (Rubies, Diamonds, Turquoise) on textured, floral and scrolled ground, sides engraved with floral bouquets.

Hallmarked German Gold 14k (585), German Hanau town mark, Maker CMWS (Carl Martin Weishaupt & Sohne).

ANTIQUE 19thC SWISS 18k GOLD & HAND PAINTED ENAMEL BONBONNIERE BOX c.1800

19th Century Swiss 18k gold bonbonniere box, the lid set with a round enamel panel painted on white ground depicting two gentleman looking at a countryside landscape, within a fine gilt leaf frame, surrounded by translucent blue enamel, Autumn oak leaves along the boarders.

Hallmarked with French gold guarantee marks (eagle head), and marks resembling the early Parisian marks.
