Pushkin Antiques - Fundraising Evening & Charity Auction for Ukrainian Refugees

What a fabulous night! With over £11,000 raised, this money will certainly go to a worthy cause. We will personally oversee that the funds go directly to people who need it most and we will keep you updated with stories of families we will be directly helping.

Our friend @trinderjoseph from @gorringesauctioneers , did an outstanding job and helped to achieve prices we couldn’t have imagined in our wildest dreams, a 007 #jamesbond poster achieving £800 and then kindly re-offered by the buyer into the sale again and then selling for £900.

Our friends at the @pantilesarcade offered a surprise lot, a tea with Eric Knowles @scottish_antiques and two tickets to their forthcoming talk, as-well as a fabulous book on art glass. Snapped up for £300.

Our glamorous neighbours @lumiere_du_jour_ukdonated a stylish @katespadeny lamp, achieving a fabulous hammer price of £120 and our friends at @thewarrentw generously donated two lunches for two with aperitifs, making a tasty £140 and £160.

The real surprise came, at the end of the auction when one of the bidders offered two tickets for his box @ascotracecourse . This desirable lot galloping away for £1200.

We had also invited @paulfowlermagic , for your entertainment pleasure, a uk leading magician and a member of the magic circle, who didn’t disappoint and left out guests in total awe and amazement.

Our friend @nebojsa_kutlesic provided the theatrics at the bar and @olga_pushkins kept the champagne flowing all evening and ofcorce not forgetting the delicious canapé donated by our dear friends and neighbours @lago_tunbridgewells restaurant.
