Antique early-20th Century Japanese Meiji period solid silver cigar box. The sides and lid feature high-relief embossing of water and dragons, adorned with flowing whiskers on a hand-hammered surface. The interior is lined with dark wood, including the base. Hallmarked with the Japanese jungin mark (meaning pure silver), mark used 1868-1912.
